At Hampton, we believe great client relationships are at the heart of great creative work. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Client Services team on a fixed-term contract to help shape, deliver and grow successful partnerships with clients across a range of sectors. This role is expected to last approximately 12 months, although the duration may vary depending on the return date of the postholder.
About the Role
Reporting to our Account Director, the ideal candidate would ideally have three years' account management experience, a commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for great client service.
What does the role involve?
As part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll:
- Build, nurture and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Lead projects from initial brief through to delivery, working closely with our creative and digital teams
- Develop project plans, scopes, quotations and creative briefs that set projects up for success
- Ensure projects are delivered profitably, on schedule and in line with client objectives
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, introducing clients to additional solutions that create value for their organisations

So what are we looking for?
We're looking for a confident, proactive individual with account management experience in a creative, marketing or communications environment. You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and bringing people together to achieve great results. You'd ideally have:
- Experience managing client relationships and projects within an agency or similar environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- An understanding of branding, design and digital marketing
- A natural curiosity about industry trends and emerging opportunities
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive approach to work
