Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll look after revenue and relationships with direct clients and agencies, combining your love for data and insights with your talent for building strong, long-lasting partnerships. We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about creating meaningful connections between publishers and audiences.

We move fast, so you’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and spotting opportunities as they arise. As this is a maternity cover role, you’ll be able to hit the ground running and make an impact from day one. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow revenue across an established portfolio of agency and brand accounts, while helping to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the development and pitching of creative advertising solutions that connect brands with gaming audiences in meaningful ways.
  • Manage your pipeline day to day - from proposals and bookings through to campaign delivery and renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts and become a trusted day-to-day partner for your clients.
  • Keep clients up to date on new product launches and opportunities to maximise their spend.
  • Provide regular campaign updates and insights to ensure advertisers are getting the best possible results.
  • Report on sales figures and pipeline progress, keeping your accounts on track against targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to make sure we deliver what we promise.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in digital media sales or account management, ideally with some agency and brand relationships already in place.
  • A passion for gaming and entertainment, and an understanding of what makes these audiences tick.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to put together a clear, compelling pitch.
  • A self-starter mindset - you’re proactive, resilient, and thrive on hitting (and exceeding) targets.
  • Confidence with data and insights to back up your recommendations and deliver results.
  • The ability to juggle multiple opportunities and build strong client relationships quickly.
  • A collaborative approach – you care about not just what you achieve but how you achieve it.
