OUR WORK MODEL
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London office at least 2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
YOUR ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of Mid-Market customers by managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. You will proactively engage with decision-makers, lead commercial negotiations, and maximize revenue from your accounts. In this high-growth, fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in scaling our Account Management function and driving long-term customer success.
YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
- Drive Revenue Growth – Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, ensuring successful renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Expand Customer Relationships – Build strong connections beyond your main point of contact to engage multiple stakeholders, decision-makers, and buying groups within each account.
- Strategic Account Management – Work closely with Customer Success Managers to align on customer health and develop tailored renewal and expansion strategies.
- Lead Sales Processes – Own the full sales cycle for upsells, from identifying opportunities to conducting demos, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.
- Customer Engagement & Advocacy – Leverage customer insights to position Cognism’s product suite effectively, driving adoption and identifying growth potential.
- Retention & Risk Mitigation – Monitor customer satisfaction, proactively addressing risks to ensure high retention rates.
- Optimize Processes – Contribute to the rollout of new account management workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability in a rapidly growing team.
