Climb into National Account Management or Sales Leadership in the next 2-3 years.

That’s exactly what the Commercial Director here wants for you…

If you have ambition, drive and the “eye of the tiger” to become far more than an Account Manager, then keep reading…

You'll inherit a well-established Midlands territory, but more importantly, you'll join a business that's actively developing its next generation of commercial sales leaders.

And this isn't just any old company.

They're the business behind some of the world's most recognised workplace hygiene brands, including Andrex® and Kleenex®, supplying organisations across virtually every industry in the world.

So if your goal is to step into Key Account Management, National Accounts or Sales Leadership over the next few years, this opportunity has been built with exactly that in mind.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll inherit an established £3.5m-£4m portfolio consisting of approximately 10 independent distributor accounts across the Midlands.

Your role is to grow existing partnerships whilst identifying new opportunities across a territory with significant untapped potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
