Account Manager at SWAY
As an Account Manager at SWAY, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing and developing strong relationships with both new and existing salon partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, delivering exceptional client support, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of brand initiatives. This role combines sales, relationship management, brand representation, and strategic growth planning.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with salon partners.
- Grow revenue across your territory by identifying sales opportunities, upselling, and driving product adoption.
- Proactively onboard new salons and provide exceptional day-to-day account support.
- Implement brand promotions, launches, and marketing activity in partnership with our internal teams.
- Ensure our brand is executed flawlessly in-salon, supporting social media and retail initiatives.
- Manage your diary to maximize productivity.
- Track performance, analyze territory growth, and report on KPIs.
- Represent SWAY at meetings, events, training sessions, and seasonal campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven account management or field sales experience in the hair or beauty industry (essential).
- A strong communicator with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and commercially switched on.
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to build engaging presentations.
- Social-media aware, understanding how to leverage it for commercial benefit.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Passionate about people, the industry, and the SWAY brand.

Additional Requirements
- UK-based with the ability to travel when required.
- Full UK driving license.
