Salary: £60,000-£70,000 (6 month ramp up to mobilization)
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: London
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operation of the account, ensuring exceptional food, hospitality, and customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Deliver contract objectives, ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legal requirements.
- Drive commercial performance through effective budget management, cost control, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, enhance performance, and support informed decision-making.
- Champion innovation across workplace dining, hospitality, sustainability, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food presentation, service standards, and customer experiences.
- Oversee health & safety, food safety, and quality assurance processes across the account.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions that add value to the client and business.
- Manage mobilisations, contract transitions, and operational change projects effectively.
- Maintain a visible presence across the operation, responding quickly to client and team needs in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements
- Proven Account Manager experience within contract catering.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience leading and developing large operational teams.
- Passion for service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a demanding hospitality environment.
