Job Title
Liftoff is a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy. Our end-to-end technology stack helps app marketers acquire and retain high-value users, while enabling publishers to maximize revenue across programmatic and direct demand.
Liftoff’s solutions, including Accelerate, Direct, Monetize, Intelligence, and Vungle Exchange, support over 6,600 mobile businesses across 74 countries in sectors such as gaming, social, finance, ecommerce, and entertainment. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Redwood City, CA, Liftoff has a diverse, global presence.
About this team
The EMEA monetize team works closely with game publishers and developers and helps them increase their revenue from advertising. Currently, 1/3 of Liftoff monetize revenue comes from EMEA publishers, which are managed by a team of 8 people equally split between London and Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
- Develop strong relationships with our key accounts in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) through slack, skype, and face-to-face interaction.
- Consistently evangelizes new products to benefit revenue growth.
- Take the initiative to foster new partnerships that represent potential growth outside our portfolio. Turn inquiries into revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Ops) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents.
- Finds opportunity to share learnings to positively impact business.
- Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant sales or customer success experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target.
- Experience in the tech industry, mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce or consulting are a strong plus.
- Experience with closing new partnerships / focusing on new business.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings—both local and international.
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in cross-team project management & problem solving.
- A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Telling a story with data; A strong understanding of data analysis and visualisation.
- Effective communicator.
- Active contributor to a dynamic office culture.
- Fluency in English required.
Travel Expectations

Compensation
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.
