About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly organised Account Manager to join our creative team working with leading clients in the motorcycle industry.
This is a varied and hands-on role that sits at the heart of our client relationships and creative output. Alongside the Account Director, Creative Lead, and wider team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with a key motorcycle manufacturer, while also playing an active role in the planning and delivery of creative campaigns, media productions, public relations activity, and content projects.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable sitting in a client meeting, writing compelling copy, managing a production schedule, coordinating a shoot, and working with creative teams to bring an idea to life.
A genuine passion for motorcycles is essential. You should have a strong understanding of the motorcycle industry, its products, brands, riders, and culture, and be able to speak confidently with clients, talent, creatives, production teams, and motorcycle enthusiasts alike.
Account Management
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for a major motorcycle manufacturer client, developing a strong and trusted client relationship alongside Account Director
- Understand the client’s business, brand, products, objectives, and challenges and translate these into effective creative and communications and marketing activity
- Attend client meetings to understand the client’s needs and priorities
- Delegation of tasks and responsibilities to the wider team where necessary
- Identify opportunities to add value to client activity and develop new ideas
Project & Production Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, to brief, and to the required standard
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout delivery
- Work closely with creative teams to develop concepts and campaigns from initial ideas through to delivery
- Support, and, where required, lead, the planning and delivery of media productions and other activations
- Alongside the Creative Lead, create briefing documents, production schedules, and other project documentation
- Act as a client liaison and production manager on shoots, ensuring the client’s requirements are understood and delivered
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, production crews, riders, talent, locations, equipment, and other suppliers
- Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure the final content meets the agreed brief
- Manage client feedback and approvals, ensuring projects move efficiently through the production process
- Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-moving production environment

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
