Account Manager | MSP / Technology Solutions
£45,000 - £55,000 basic + uncapped commission
Manchester | Hybrid – 3–4 days in the office
I’m working with a growing technology business in Manchester looking to add an ambitious Account Manager to its commercial team.
This role offers a genuine mix of account management and new business development. You’ll manage and grow existing customer relationships, but importantly, you’ll also be expected to proactively identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.
You’ll be supported by warm leads and strong vendor relationships, but this will suit someone who enjoys building their own pipeline, opening doors, and turning opportunities into long-term customers.

Working across a broad technology portfolio including cloud, Microsoft/Azure, cyber security, connectivity, networking, and managed services, you’ll engage with stakeholders from technical teams through to C-suite.
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales experience within an MSP or IT reseller environment is essential
- A strong mix of account management and new business development experience
- Evidence of generating your own opportunities and winning new customers
- Experience selling a broad portfolio of technology solutions
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ambitious, driven, and hungry to progress your career
- Someone who wants to keep developing, take on more responsibility, and make a visible impact
