Account Manager – Soft FM
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to manage a large soft facilities management contract within a busy and high-profile environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the contract, managing client relationships and ensuring operational standards, KPIs and contractual requirements are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the contract
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead and support operational teams
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs and contractual performance
- Manage subcontractors and third-party suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company and client procedures
- Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Ensure high standards of health & safety and compliance

- Previous experience managing a soft FM, cleaning or similar service contract
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing operational teams
- Good understanding of KPIs, SLAs and contract performance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
- Experience within a complex, high-profile or security-conscious environment would be advantageous
