Account Manager – Soft FM

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to manage a large soft facilities management contract within a busy and high-profile environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the contract, managing client relationships and ensuring operational standards, KPIs and contractual requirements are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the contract
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead and support operational teams
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs and contractual performance
  • Manage subcontractors and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with company and client procedures
  • Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Ensure high standards of health & safety and compliance

  • Previous experience managing a soft FM, cleaning or similar service contract
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing operational teams
  • Good understanding of KPIs, SLAs and contract performance
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
  • Experience within a complex, high-profile or security-conscious environment would be advantageous
