We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Account Manager to join a successful and growing sales team. Working in a hybrid capacity, with a combination of home working and occasional travel to office locations, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across a broad portfolio of technology and managed service solutions.

As an Account Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
- Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation in line with company policies.
- Achieve consistent revenue growth through effective pipeline management and forecasting.
- Maintain a strong 30, 60, and 90-day sales pipeline, providing regular progress updates.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to secure and deliver successful outcomes.
- Ensure CRM systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay informed of industry developments, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and improve the customer experience.

Requirements
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies and within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
