Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of client accounts, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional service. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, oversee projects, and ensure clients receive innovative solutions that support their business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year's account management experience who is looking to further develop their career within a thriving and forward-thinking organisation.

This is a head office-based role, working from our client's offices in Leicester.

Ideal Requirement for the Account Manager
- At least one year's experience in an Account Management (or similar) position.
- Previous experience managing customer relationships within sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, distribution, or other B2B environments is desirable.
- At least a 2:1 degree qualification.
- A genuine interest in healthcare and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects effectively.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to identify opportunities for account growth.
Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and delivering value-added solutions.
- Produce insightful reports and performance reviews, providing clients with data-driven recommendations and strategic updates.
- Monitor account performance, resolve customer issues proactively, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
