We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building strong relationships 💬, understanding client goals 🎯, and working with internal teams 🤝 to deliver great outcomes ✅
🎯 What you’ll do
- Own a portfolio of customers 👥 and strengthen long-term relationships 🤝
- Identify needs 🔍 and shape solutions with colleagues across the business 🧩
- Manage renewals 🔁, account growth 📈, and customer success 🌟
- Keep CRM activity accurate and up to date 💻📝
- Lead stakeholder conversations 🗣️, proposals 📄, and presentations 🎤

✅ What we’re looking for
- Experience in account management / customer success / relationship-led sales 🤝
- Strong communication and organization 🗂️✅
- Comfortable with targets and commercial goals 🎯💷
- Confident using a CRM + MS Office 💻📊
- Experience guide: typically 5+ years relevant experience ⏳ (but we’re open to discussing your background 🌱).
