Account Manager (National Role) - Hotels

  • Strategic account management and new business development focus
  • Managing major hospitality, leisure and foodservice customers

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing a portfolio of national customers within the hospitality, leisure and foodservice sectors. Working strategically across key accounts, you will identify new opportunities, increase revenue from existing customers, lead commercial negotiations, manage tender processes, and deliver joint business plans. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and successful customer implementations.

Location:

National field-based role. Candidates should be willing to travel throughout the UK and ideally be located within reasonable access to major transport links.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience of selling into hotels or hotel groups
  • Strong relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and contracts
  • A consultative sales approach with a passion for delivering customer value
  • Full UK driving licence

The Package:

  • A basic of £42,000 - £45,000
  • 20% Bonus
  • Company Car or Car Allowance
  • Comprehensive benefits package
