Job Description
Read this part first
This is a role for someone who wants to own client success and directly drive retention and revenue. We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a premier book of business and enterprise accounts across the Prodege portfolio, with a focus on non-gaming apps (categories including fintech, e-commerce, consumer brands, and lifestyle apps). This is a highly collaborative, hands-on relationship management role. You lead by delivering exceptional service, optimizing advertising spend, and executing complex performance marketing strategies, not by managing from a distance.
If you prefer transactional client relationships, this is not the role for you. But if you are a strategic partner who owns client success end-to-end, from onboarding and technical campaign activation through performance analysis, troubleshooting, contract renewal, and account growth, keep reading.
You will manage and grow major client accounts within a global business serving over 120 million registered users. Supported by a robust data foundation and our recent Blackstone investment, you will have the platform and resources needed to deliver actionable consumer insights and exceptional advertising return on investment. If you enjoy solving client challenges, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving measurable outcomes for fintech, e-commerce, consumer brand, lifestyle, and other non-gaming businesses, this role is for you.

What you will own
- The health, satisfaction, and retention of a strategic book of enterprise client accounts, with emphasis on fintech and other non-gaming partners across e-commerce, consumer brands, and lifestyle app verticals
- End-to-end campaign management from inception and technical setup to live execution, reporting, and renewal
- Revenue growth targets within your assigned portfolio through strategic account expansion and contract renewals
- Strategic client relationships, serving as the central advisor and advocate for their user acquisition, engagement, and consumer insight objectives
- Cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure all contractual obligations are executed flawlessly

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
