Salary:
- £36,500 basic
- £55,000 OTE
Location:
Old Trafford, Manchester
Hours:
- 1pm - 10pm Monday - Thursday
- 1pm - 6pm Friday (4.5 days per week)
Our Account Managers play a central role in building and maintaining strong client partnerships across a diverse portfolio of ~350 accounts. Managing a blend of established relationships and newly onboarded clients from our sales teams, they act as trusted advisors, ensuring every interaction delivers value, creativity and exceptional service.
Working closely with our in-house creative and production teams, they oversee projects from concept through to completion, ensuring seamless delivery while identifying opportunities to support clients’ evolving marketing objectives.
Success in this role comes from being naturally relationship-driven. Our Account Managers are confident communicators who excel at building rapport, understanding client challenges and creating long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. They listen carefully, think commercially and position themselves as an extension of the businesses they support.
Strategic objectives and responsibilities:
- Use your understanding of client objectives, PHMG’s services and the wider marketplace to deliver expert commercial and creative guidance at every stage of the client journey
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to deliver high-quality audio and creative projects that consistently exceed expectations
- Provide a best-in-class client experience through proactive communication, organisation and problem-solving
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of upselling and growth opportunities across your account portfolio
- Identify ways to strengthen long-term client retention through tailored relationship management and strategic account planning
- Monitor performance metrics and account trends closely, using data and insight to forecast opportunities and mitigate risk
- Take ownership of your professional growth by actively seeking feedback, collaboration and support from colleagues and leaders across the business
