Account Manager – North England & Scotland

YOUR MISSION

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in protecting and growing the image and sales of the brand within the UK accounts and will positively portray the image of the brand being a key ambassador of TAG Heuer with internal and external stakeholders. Based in the North England/Scotland area, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the TAG Heuer Sales Director, UK & Ireland.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with wholesale and independent accounts and provide exceptional service to clients
  • Conduct business reviews with accounts, assessing sales performance, training needs, product range reviews and brand positioning.
  • Implement brand strategic plans within accounts in line with UK market
  • Achieve agreed targets on sell in, sell out, key KPI’s, training and account visits
  • Detailed sales monitoring and data analysis, interpretation of data to determine performance actions and identify growth
  • Effective stock management, forecasting and planning within accounts to ensure appropriate product distribution
  • Assess brand distribution, recommend potential accounts openings, and manage closure of accounts ensuring brand image is protected
  • Ensure that all corporate display is correctly merchandised in each account and to provide display and merchandising training to stores
  • Identify and secure any bespoke display opportunities, secure brand positioning, and maximise visibility within accounts
  • Attending and contributing to monthly sales meetings.
  • To provide on-going retailer, consumer and competitor feedback to UK sales and marketing teams
  • Professionally represent the brand and always uphold the brand values
  • Motivate and inspire passion and knowledge within accounts through training, merchandising and excellent customer service
  • Understand and contribute to the role out of the brand’s marketing and positioning plan and always maintain correct brand image
  • Attend and deliver training/brand events

Profile

Professional experience

  • Previous experience in a commercial role working to agreed targets and delivering key KPI’s
  • Proven ability to meet commercial targets
  • Business to business relationship management
  • Field based role with travel required

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence and manage complex relationships
  • Able to work flexibly, to handle change
  • Able to accurately produce and analyse reports and documentation
  • Possession of and ability to use initiative, manage ambiguity and find solutions
  • Self motivated and able to effectively prioritise and plan workload in accordance with strict deadlines
  • Commercial awareness, results driven
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Appreciation for luxury goods and customer values and experience
  • Engaged with product and desire for continuous learning
  • Flexible and able to work with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems including all Microsoft programs
