Let Us Tell You a Bit About The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our high-performing field sales team, supporting our dealer partners across North Wales, Cheshire, Warrington, and part of Manchester.
This is an opportunity to step into a successful, established area where you'll build on existing dealer relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. You’ll be the face of MotoNovo Finance in your territory, working closely with dealers to understand their goals, challenges and ambitions, and helping them make the most of our full sales proposition.
We’re looking for someone with a consultative approach, someone who listens, understands and adds value. You’ll combine strong relationship management with commercial drive, using insight, market knowledge and a clear territory strategy to generate profitable business and deliver against agreed objectives.
What will your day look like?
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing dealer partners, generating profitable business and delivering excellent service.
- Create and execute a territory growth plan, identifying opportunities to increase new business, profitability and overall performance.
- Act as a trusted adviser to dealers, using insight, market knowledge and MotoNovo's full proposition to help them achieve their goals.
- Review dealer performance, identify opportunities and risks, and maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity and regulatory requirements.

What do we expect from you?
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have proven sales experience, ideally within motor finance, or a similar field-based sales environment.
- Bring strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Have a consultative sales style, taking time to understand dealer needs and add value.
- Are confident influencing and building relationships at different levels.
- Are commercially focused, results driven and motivated by delivering against targets.
- Can plan, organise and manage your territory effectively.
- Have good economic, market and industry awareness.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel across the territory.
