Account Manager - Water Treatment Industry

Up to £50k Plus Bonus
London (Hybrid)
Full time | Permanent | 8am - 5pm

About the Role

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this Account Manager role is to manage and develop a portfolio of water treatment and water hygiene accounts, with responsibility for an annual account budget of approximately £680,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of water treatment and water hygiene accounts with an annual budget of approximately £680K
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of account performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial growth
  • Manage and develop accounts covering cooling towers, cooling water systems, and steam boiler systems.
  • Work closely with technical, operational, and service teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.
  • Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports to customers and senior management.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with a mix between office and hybrid.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must have:

  • Proven experience within the water treatment and/or water hygiene sector
  • Experience as a Water Treatment Account Manager or similar
  • Confidence managing a substantial portfolio of customer accounts
  • Comfort discussing technical water treatment requirements with customers
  • Commercially driven with a strong focus on account growth and retention
