This role owns the client relationship end to end... from the second a deal is verbally agreed, through onboarding, delivery, retention, and referral.

What Iโm looking for in applications
- 3+ years agency exp in account management
- Experienced working in fast-paced start-up
- Owned the full client lifecycle
- You're comfortable building the system rather than inheriting one

- The full client onboarding system
- Client communication (calls and Slack hub)
- Client feedback so we can improve
- Client happiness and identifying churn risk
- Updating client profitability through P and L
- Setting up a referral system with our clients
