Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to lead a portfolio of four commercial workplace dining and hospitality locations across the Thames Valley region. Managing 4 distinct contracts with a combined annual turnover of approximately £3 million, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team engagement across the portfolio.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on, forward-thinking leader who can bring energy and creativity to the operation while delivering strong commercial performance. You’ll lead a talented team, build trusted client relationships and constantly look for new ways to make the customer experience even better.

- Drive financial performance and achieve agreed budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistently high standards of food, hospitality and customer service.
- Develop and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a multi-site hospitality, catering or facilities management role.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
- Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Full UK driving licence is essential due to the multi-site nature of the role.
