Account Manager - London - Hybrid - £40k

Introduction

We're looking for an Account Manager to join an independent creative agency working with global market leaders and ambitious start-ups across FMCG, hospitality, wellness, and technology.

You'll sit at the heart of Client Services, building trusted relationships, bringing multidisciplinary teams together, and helping deliver brilliant creative work from brief through to launch.

The Opportunity

As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of projects and defined account workstreams, partnering closely with Account Directors, creative and strategy teams.

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships
  • Shape project approaches
  • Create commercially sound proposals
  • Manage timings, budgets, scope, forecasting, and profitability
  • Anticipate risks
  • Resolve challenges early
  • Spot opportunities to grow client relationships

About You

You'll bring proven Client Services or project management experience from a creative consultancy or design agency, alongside:

  • Confidence managing creative projects from brief to delivery
  • Strong client relationship and presentation skills
  • Commercial understanding across budgets, scope, and forecasting
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach across creative, strategy, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Genuine enthusiasm for design and creativity
  • The right to work in the UK
