We're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Account Manager to grow our presence across SW London, building lasting partnerships, winning new business and bringing our brands to life where it matters most: at the bar.
What started in a small BBQ joint in Haggerston has grown into one of the UK's most exciting craft breweries, brewing millions of pints every year from our out of this world breweries in Enfield and micro-brewery in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Now we're looking for a passionate, commercially driven Account Manager to grow our presence even further across SW London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in the On Trade environment. You'll spend the majority of your time out in market, managing and growing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning exciting new business opportunities. From neighbourhood pubs and bars to the region's most influential operators, you'll be responsible for driving distribution, increasing rate of sale, and ensuring Beavertown brands show up brilliantly wherever they're poured.

What You'll Be Doing
- Growing Beavertown's presence, value share and distribution across South West London
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities within your territory
- Developing collaborative business plans that create value for both customers and Beavertown
- Delivering outstanding brand execution and visibility in every account
- Creating innovative activation and trade marketing initiatives
- Hosting product training sessions, tastings and customer events
- Using market insight and category data to identify trends and drive growth
- Managing territory performance, reporting and customer data accurately
What We're Looking For
- Previous On Trade sales experience
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver commercial results
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously
- A proactive mindset with a passion for winning new business
- Genuine enthusiasm for the beer industry and the Beavertown brand
