At Zest Recycle, we're looking for an ambitious Account Executive or Junior Account Manager who's ready to grow into an exciting Account Manager role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who has the drive, curiosity, and commercial mindset to develop alongside a supportive, experienced team. We're looking to invest in someone who wants to build a long-term career.
What you'll be doing
You'll manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll become a trusted partner to your customers while working closely with teams across the business to ensure every account runs smoothly.
Your role will include:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate accounts
- Building long-term client relationships through regular meetings and communication
- Producing quotations, reports, and management information
- Analysing account performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Attending and representing the company at selected exhibitions and conferences
- Where appropriate, plan, organise and manage events at customer sites
- Working closely with customer service, finance, and sales
- Supporting the mobilisation of new customers and services
- Using HubSpot CRM to keep customer information accurate and up-to-date
- Helping to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving retention and revenue

Who we're looking for
You'll already have experience in an Account Executive or Junior Account Manager role and be ready to take that next step.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident building relationships
- Analytical and comfortable interpreting data
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and the ability to multi-task
- IT literate, with strong Microsoft Office skills (CRM experience is a bonus)
- Commercially aware with a proactive "can-do" attitude
- Keen to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
