About the role…
As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of exciting brand and design projects, taking them from initial brief through to final delivery. Working closely with creatives and production teams, you’ll build strong client relationships, keep projects moving and ensure every piece of work hits the mark. You’ll become a trusted partner to your clients, getting under the skin of their brands, understanding their challenges and spotting opportunities to grow the relationship.

What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Leading branding and design projects across multiple channels
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Writing and managing creative briefs from conception to delivery
- Confidently presenting work in pitches and client meetings
- Managing timelines, budgets and resources to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Supporting account growth by identifying new opportunities and added value
About you…
This role would suit someone with strong agency experience who has a genuine passion for branding and design. You’ll be comfortable managing creative projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with designers, and confidently talking clients through brand and design work. You’ll be commercially aware, highly organised and able to build strong relationships while keeping creative projects moving.

- Proven experience in account management within a brand, design or creative agency
- Strong briefing, client management and presentation skills
- Confident managing projects end to end, ensuring delivery on time and on budget
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to grow with a high-performing agency
