About the Role
As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you'll work across a varied portfolio of branding, packaging, and experiential projects, acting as the key link between clients and the agency.
You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing budgets, timelines, and quotes, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly from brief through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with talented creative teams while gaining exposure to a broad range of disciplines and well-known consumer brands.

A significant focus of the role will be working with a major drinks brand, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working within the alcohol and beverages sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships and acting as the day-to-day point of contact across multiple accounts
- Delivering branding, packaging, integrated campaign, and experiential projects from brief through to completion
- Managing project budgets, quotes, timelines, and financial tracking
- Leading client meetings, project updates, and stakeholder communications
- Working closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and accounts
About You
You'll be a confident and proactive Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who loves building relationships and being at the heart of great creative work. You'll be organized, commercially minded, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything you do.

We're Looking For
- Experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role within a creative, branding, design, or integrated agency
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and quotes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience working with drinks, alcohol, or beverage brands is highly desirable
- Experience delivering branding, packaging, or integrated campaigns within the drinks sector would be advantageous
- Packaging experience would be beneficial, but attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are equally important
