About the role...
As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships while overseeing the successful delivery of social, influencer, and digital campaigns. You'll act as a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring projects run smoothly and opportunities for growth are maximised.

What you'll be doing day to day...
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming the go-to contact across key accounts
- Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
- Working closely with internal teams to bring social, influencer, and digital campaigns to life
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value through strategic recommendations
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring exceptional client service throughout

What we're looking for...
- Experience working as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within an agency environment
- A strong background delivering social, influencer, and digital campaigns
- Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- A strategic and commercially minded approach, with a passion for growing accounts and delivering results
