Overview
Join our Charities team in Birmingham, where we specialise in providing tailored insurance solutions for small and medium-sized organisations in the charity sector. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients with diverse insurance needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and solutions.

How you'll make an impact
- You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of charity clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- You’ll prepare documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- You’ll also explore renewal terms, negotiate with insurers, and provide the best solutions for your clients.
- Your role will involve attending virtual client meetings, managing account queries, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory policies.
About You
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in commercial insurance, ideally within the charity sector.
- Confidence in managing client relationships and providing excellent service.
- The ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Acturis and MS Office.
- A commitment to achieving Cert CII and working towards Dip CII.
