Account Manager, OTAs (O-EMEA)

Req ID: 10158149

About the Role & Team

As an Account Manager specialising in OTA Partnerships, you will grow and develop Disney’s Online Travel Agency partnerships across EMEA, excluding the UK. The role focuses on improving the visibility, positioning, and booking performance of Disney Parks and Resorts on key third-party travel platforms.

In this role, you will lead commercially driven account plans and partner marketing initiatives designed to strengthen distribution, optimise channel performance, and deliver measurable revenue growth. You will translate the OTA strategy into actionable partner plans, collaborating closely with local market teams, marketing functions, central stakeholders, and external partners to deliver integrated activity across multiple markets.

Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to operate with pace and agility. You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a growing distribution channel, balancing revenue objectives with brand integrity, market requirements, and an exceptional guest experience.

Values

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values, acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What you will do

  • Lead commercially focused account plans and partner marketing activity that strengthen distribution, improve channel performance, and drive measurable revenue growth across O-EMEA OTAs.
  • Act as a lead, mentor, and problem-solver for cross-functional partners and project teams.
  • Grow Disney’s OTA partnerships across O-EMEA by expanding distribution, improving visibility, and driving measurable revenue performance through key travel platforms.
  • Develop annual account plans for priority OTA partners, aligned to business priorities, market opportunities, and channel performance goals.
  • Lead partner marketing activity with clear objectives, ensuring campaigns improve visibility, conversion, and booking performance across multiple markets.
  • Work with country teams and central stakeholders to shape locally relevant, commercially focused OTA plans that remain consistent with wider Disney priorities and brand standards.
  • Build strong relationships with OTA partners, using performance insight and engagement to unlock new commercial opportunities and secure win-win outcomes.
  • Manage a focused portfolio of priority OTA partners, potentially supporting other commercial partners or market activity, and lead cross-functional projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements.
  • Use data, insight, and market feedback to identify opportunities, shape recommendations, and improve partner performance over time.
  • Coordinate integrated OTA commercial and marketing activation plans across timing, messaging, product priorities, localisation, and partner requirements.
  • Manage internal stakeholder alignment across markets, marketing, commercial, creative, and approvals to ensure OTA activity is delivered clearly, on brand, and on time.
  • Improve how Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort products are presented across third-party platforms, ensuring clear content, strong merchandising, and accurate product information.
  • Track performance and turn data into clear actions that improve conversion, revenue, and partner effectiveness, contributing insight to planning and forecasting processes.
  • Contribute to OTA strategy by sharing market insight, partner feedback, and recommendations from across the region, helping to shape the future of this developing growth channel.
  • Build simple, scalable ways of working that make the OTA channel easier to manage, measure, and grow, while mentoring others on best practices as a skilled team player and lead.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, planning, and accountability by aligning work with organizational goals, holding yourself and partners to commitments, and fostering effective teamwork across markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
