Since 2016, we have combined technology with high-quality hospitality services to help property owners get the most out of their properties while delivering excellent guest experiences.
We are looking for a motivated and organised Account Manager to join our Owner Success team and support our UK market.

The position is fully remote, offered on a freelance/independent contractor basis, and requires availability during UK working hours.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of property owners, ensuring they receive excellent service and feel supported throughout their journey with GuestReady.
You will be their main point of contact, helping them with questions, following up on requests, monitoring property performance and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
You will also help identify opportunities to improve owner satisfaction, property performance and long-term retention.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, comfortable communicating with clients and eager to develop their Account Management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Owner Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of property owners, acting as their main point of contact.
- Account Management: Manage day-to-day owner requests, follow up on outstanding matters and ensure owners receive timely and professional communication.
- Owner Satisfaction & Retention: Maintain regular contact with owners, understand their concerns and help resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
- Property Performance Monitoring: Review basic property performance indicators, such as occupancy, bookings and revenue, and help owners understand their results.
- Problem Solving: Handle owner questions, complaints and concerns professionally, escalating more complex situations when necessary.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with Operations, Guest Experience, Revenue Management and Finance to ensure owner requests are addressed effectively.
- Reporting & CRM: Keep accurate records of owner communications, requests and follow-ups using internal systems and CRM tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Share owner feedback and identify opportunities to improve the owner experience and internal processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
