Junior Account Manager / Account Manager | £30,000–£35,000 DOE | Surrey (Onsite)
Own the customer journey from first order to final delivery — for a business that genuinely lives and breathes exceptional service.
Our client is a highly successful, growing UK consumer products business, known for creating market-leading products and partnering with some of the biggest names in retail. They're looking for a Junior Account Manager / Account Manager to join their team and become the trusted go-to for a portfolio of customers who expect nothing less than brilliant service, delivered fast.
This isn't a role where you'll be one of many cogs in a big, slow machine. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and genuinely important to the business — the kind of role where your relationships and your organisation directly shape the customer experience, and where doing it brilliantly gets noticed.
Why this role?
- Real ownership – you'll manage the customer journey end-to-end, from quote to delivery to invoicing, not just a slice of the process.
- Work with brilliant brands – exposure to well-known retailers and high-end consumer products.
- A business that invests in you – genuine, ongoing opportunities for progression as the company continues to grow.
- Variety and pace – no two days look the same; you'll be problem-solving, coordinating, and building relationships across the business.
- A close-knit, supportive team – where attention to detail and great service are genuinely valued, not just talked about.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
