Account Manager (M/F) Paid Search & Paid Social – Cosmo5 UK
We are looking for an Account Manager to join one of the teams of our London office.

We develop global online Marketing strategies, integrating services from SEO, SEM, YouTube, Social, Shopping, Web Analytics and Feed Management.

As an Account Manager, you will be reporting to the Account Director or Senior Account Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should have a good eye for detail, be well organized & have an analytical mind.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Set-up the different campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Shopping and Bing, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Follow Cosmo5’s methodology & implement search best practices throughout current accounts.
- Optimise your campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure overall performance of the campaigns.
- Ensure good account health & address any account / performance issues.
- Create reporting & insights for each campaign: configuring client report dashboards, running and extracting database and campaign performance reports for clients and compiling monthly.
- Prepare campaign recommendation (including phasing, budget, KPIs etc).
- Maintain relationship with media partners when relevant.
- Keep up to date on industry's new feature & bring innovation to each client.
- Participate in overall strategic recommendation for the client.
- Train & support the team if and when needed.
- Accountable to keep each 'Client Bible' updated.
- Update your Account Manager or Account Director on account performance.
- Update billing trackers when necessary.
- Collaborate with our other offices on shared accounts to ensure common strategy is deployed across the different markets.
- Lead client communications via email and/or weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings whether by video or in-person.

What skills are needed for this role?
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management skills, reliability, highly organized, autonomous, resourcefulness and proactivity.
- Ability to prioritise under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong computer skills: Advanced MS Excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports), Google Sheet & Google Slides.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.

- Budget planning & forecasting.

What experience is needed for this role?
- 2 - 3 years experience, preferably agency-side.
- Basic accreditations on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads, in managing & optimising campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, or other analytics platforms.
- Proven experience in delivering performance (leads / revenue) over targets.
What you will get:
- Competitive starting salary up to £32,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience.
- Annual performance-based bonus against company objectives (in addition to your salary).

- 3-4 days WFH / week but during your probation period we will ask you to come in 3 days per week to the office.
