The Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Panalux Short Form Rentals team in London!
You'll be responsible for managing client accounts from initial enquiry through to final invoice, delivering lighting and electrical rental solutions for film, television and commercial productions. Working closely with clients, crew and internal teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered smoothly, profitably and with exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to grow business and strengthen client relationships.

What you’ll do:
- You'll be the trusted point of contact for production companies, gaffers and electricians, ensuring every project receives outstanding support from quote to completion.
- Manage customer accounts from initial enquiry through to final invoice approval, providing quotations for lighting, electrical equipment and related services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and crew, delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities to win and grow business.
- Coordinate productions with Operations, Rentals and other internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.
- Provide technical and industry guidance, recommending suitable equipment solutions and alternatives where required.
- Negotiate commercially sound agreements, manage budgets and costs, and ensure all chargeable services are accurately invoiced.
- Represent Panalux professionally at industry events and maintain awareness of market opportunities and customer needs.

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in account management, sales or client services, ideally within film, television, production services or equipment rental.
- Strong commercial awareness, including business development, negotiation and delivering profitable outcomes.
- Knowledge of film and television production, lighting equipment or rental operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, crew and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial awareness, including budget management, cost control and invoice validation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to resolve challenges and adapt to changing production requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Full training will be provided on Panalux's bespoke, in-house CMS.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working independently.
