JOB DETAILS
This role sits within a well-established and growing print management business delivering end-to-end print procurement and production solutions for a wide range of UK clients.
The focus is on managing client relationships, overseeing print projects from brief through to delivery, and coordinating with internal production teams and external suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
You will act as the key point of contact for allocated client accounts, managing everything from quotation and sourcing through to production, fulfilment, and final delivery.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who understands print production and enjoys managing multiple live projects in a fast-paced environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow existing print management client accounts
- Take and interpret client briefs across a wide range of print products
- Source and procure print through internal manufacturing and approved supplier networks
- Prepare quotations and manage pricing negotiations to achieve margin targets
- Coordinate end-to-end project delivery including artwork, production, fulfilment, and logistics
- Work closely with production, purchasing, design, and customer service teams
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all SLAs and delivery deadlines are met
- Maintain strong and consistent communication with clients throughout all stages
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience within commercial print, print management, or print procurement
- Strong account management and client-facing experience
- Good understanding of litho, digital, and large-format print processes
- Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

QUALIFICATIONS / ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience working within print management, commercial print, packaging, or production environments
- Understanding of print procurement, supplier management, and production workflows
- Experience working with internal production teams and external suppliers
- Familiarity with CRM or print MIS systems desirable
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on service delivery and client satisfaction
