We have an exciting vacancy to join our Arts and Culture team as a Theatre Programme Account Manager at our Rugby office.

WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL THEATRE PROGRAMME ACCOUNT MANAGER?

Our programme managers are exceptional organisers. They are great listeners and relationship builders. They are on top of the work they are doing today, whilst always keeping an eye on next week, next month and next year. They keep up to date with the theatre world, alert to new commercial opportunities for the organisation. They work as a team, proactively supporting each other.

Acting as the conduit between the business and a wide arts customer base, the programme main objective is to oversee the publication of theatre programmes – from receiving an initial brief, gathering and organising content, proofing, receiving amendments, answering print-specific queries, right through to sign off. This is a deadline-driven role where customer service, time management, organisation and attention to detail are key.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
