About Cassette
Cassette Group is a UK enterprise AI implementation partner. We work with digital and innovation teams inside some of the world's largest organisations, including several of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, and we were named BIMA Agency of the Year in 2024.
We do three things under one roof:
- We implement: designing and building bespoke AI agents, applications and automation pipelines on our clients' own infrastructure
- We educate: AI adoption training built around each client's tools, teams and culture
- We communicate: helping digital leaders explain what they're building to the rest of their business
Most engagements start with a two-week prototype, so the pace is quick and no two months look the same. We've been around since 2018, independent since 2022, and we're UK-based with a fully distributed team. If you love bringing clients and makers together to turn ambitious ideas into delivered work, you'll fit right in.
The Role
We're looking for an Account Manager / Producer to join our team. It's a hybrid role on purpose: you'll own client relationships and help grow our accounts, and you'll make sure the work gets made, on time, on budget and to a standard we're proud of. You'll also get hands-on yourself: creating content, writing storyboards and vibe coding prototypes.
You'll sit between our clients and our makers, supported by our Projects Director and working with a team of developers, designers and technologists. You'll get real responsibility early, with people around you to learn from. What matters most is judgement: knowing when to push, when to protect the team, and when to spot the next opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Be a day-to-day point of contact for clients in pharma and enterprise organisations, building trusted relationships and spotting opportunities to grow the account
- Take briefs, dig into them until you really understand what the client needs, then formulate clear plans and budgets, and help shape them into proposals and statements of work
- Produce digital projects with multiple components, from AI agents and applications to training and content, keeping timelines, resourcing, budgets and invoicing on track at the pace of an AI-first studio
- Work inside our clients' own infrastructure and processes, from systems, access and security to procurement and medical/legal review
- Get hands-on with content, helping with storyboarding, scripting and shaping how ideas come to life
- Bring a good eye for user experience and UI, reviewing designs and builds to make sure what we deliver is intuitive and polished

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What We're Looking For
We care far more about how you think and work than what's on your CV. Tell us about the projects you've rescued, the clients you've won round and the teams you've kept on track.
Essential:
- Some experience in account management, production or project management, ideally in an agency, studio or consultancy
- Comfortable juggling lots of moving parts: scope, schedule, budget, people and stakeholders
- Good commercial instincts, and a willingness to get comfortable with estimates, change requests and conversations about money
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with clients at every level of seniority
- Good hands-on knowledge of AI tools, using a range of them regularly, from LLMs like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini through to video and image creation tools. You don't need to code, but you know what these tools can do
- Real enthusiasm for the AI space: you keep up to date with new developments and platforms, try things as soon as they launch, and have opinions about what's worth using
- A holistic understanding of digital project and product development, from discovery and design through to build, testing and launch
- Calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to make good calls with incomplete information
Experience level is flexible. We'll consider:
- Account executives or junior producers with a year or two of agency experience, ready for more responsibility
- Project coordinators or assistants who want to step up into running client work
- Account managers or producers with 2 to 4 years' experience who want to work at the cutting edge of AI
