🚀 What You’ll Do
- Own a portfolio of Amazon and Walmart sellers, with accountability for delivering consistent, measurable financial outcomes through our profit recovery services. The role is hands-on, combining customer ownership with operational oversight to ensure execution quality and retention.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility across audits, claims, and recovery workflows, ensuring activity is progressing accurately and at pace. Identify delays, gaps, and missed recovery opportunities early, and drive them through to resolution in partnership with Service Delivery teams.
- Analyse account-level data to uncover discrepancies, recovery opportunities, and performance trends. Translate findings into clear, actionable insights, ensuring customers understand both the value delivered and where further gains can be made.
- Manage day-to-day customer relationships, setting expectations, handling queries, and maintaining strong engagement. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Threecolts products and services where relevant, contributing to expansion across the portfolio.
- Operate with consistency and structure across all accounts, ensuring no work is missed, no opportunity is overlooked, and customers receive a reliable, high-quality experience.

🛠️ What’s Required
- 3–6+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing roles within SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or data-driven services
- Proven experience owning a portfolio of customers with responsibility for retention and ongoing performance
- Strong analytical capability — confident working with Excel / Google Sheets (data manipulation, trend analysis, identifying discrepancies)
- Experience operating in data-heavy, operational environments where accuracy and follow-through are critical
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining clear visibility, prioritisation, and control
- Strong communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for customers
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, delivery, or product teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) for account tracking and workflow management
- Experience within the Amazon / Walmart ecosystem or similar marketplace environments is strongly preferred

💰 Compensation Perks and Benefits
- Salary: £50,000 base salary, £80,000 OTE
