The Opportunity

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Envision Medical Communications team, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality medical communications, with a particular focus on publications.

You'll join a fast-growing and exciting account, working across therapeutic areas including neuroscience, immunology, and oncology. You'll take ownership of client accounts and lead publication projects from brief through to delivery, building trusted relationships and working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality work.

How Will You Make an Impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role Responsibilities

  • Project & Client Management: Lead day-to-day client interactions and oversee project delivery from briefing to completion. Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality execution of deliverables.
  • Strategic Delivery: Understand client objectives, industry regulations, and internal SOPs to ensure consistent alignment. Troubleshoot delivery challenges and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Scientific leads to align on strategy, content, and planning. Support team members by providing guidance and mentoring where needed.
  • Account Oversight & Growth: Maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and manage account performance. Oversee financial processes including budget preparation, scope management, invoicing, and forecasting.
  • Business Development: Identify and support new business opportunities within existing accounts. Contribute to proposals and support pitches.
  • Operational Contribution: Participate in cross-functional initiatives and working groups to enhance company processes and services.

Do You Have What We Are Looking For?

Skills & Expertise

  • Demonstrable experience in a client-facing, project, or account management role in a medical communications agency environment.
  • Prior experience working on a publications-focused account is essential.
  • Experience managing complex projects, with the ability to take on financial management.
  • Proven ability to build strong and positive relationships with clients and other external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, preferably with experience mentoring others.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and publication planning software such as iEnvision.
