Role Description
The Account Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of Microlise customers. On a day-to-day basis, the Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact, handling customer inquiries, coordinating solution delivery, and ensuring that clients receive maximum value from Microlise’s products and services. - Monitoring account performance
- Identifying opportunities for improvements or upselling
- Preparing and presenting reports
- Collaborating with internal teams such as product, support, and operations to resolve issues

The Account Manager will also:
- Schedule regular review meetings
- Gather customer feedback
- Support renewals
- Contribute to strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Strong account management and customer relationship skills, including experience handling a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality service.
- Background in B2B technology, SaaS, telematics, logistics, or fleet management, with the ability to understand and explain data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with performance data, reports, and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across locations.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software to manage accounts and document activities.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory collaboration with colleagues and customers.
