Eastwood Park Training Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to work as part of our Sales team.
You will work with a defined group of customers to grow revenue and profitability by maximising opportunities from new courses and updates, filling all places on courses for the in-centre portfolio and promoting onsite training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and/or account management
- Exposure within or selling into M&E clients, Universities, NHS, Councils and similar client bases would be ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- A clear and confident telephone manner
- A professional approach as you will be working with and representing professionals in the marketplace
We're also looking for an ability to:
- Demonstrate strong client account management and interpersonal skills.
- Build strong rapport quickly.
- Think on your feet.
- Consult and understand your client needs and match accordingly.
- Identify revenue opportunities across your market sectors.
- Build customer relationships through consultative selling, allowing us to build long term business relationships.

Role Details:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Based at our training centre in Falfield
- Travel to attend exhibitions throughout the country
- Attend client meetings with colleagues
