Eastwood Park Training Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to work as part of our Sales team.

You will work with a defined group of customers to grow revenue and profitability by maximising opportunities from new courses and updates, filling all places on courses for the in-centre portfolio and promoting onsite training opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and/or account management
  • Exposure within or selling into M&E clients, Universities, NHS, Councils and similar client bases would be ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A clear and confident telephone manner
  • A professional approach as you will be working with and representing professionals in the marketplace

We're also looking for an ability to:

  • Demonstrate strong client account management and interpersonal skills.
  • Build strong rapport quickly.
  • Think on your feet.
  • Consult and understand your client needs and match accordingly.
  • Identify revenue opportunities across your market sectors.
  • Build customer relationships through consultative selling, allowing us to build long term business relationships.

Role Details:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Based at our training centre in Falfield
  • Travel to attend exhibitions throughout the country
  • Attend client meetings with colleagues
