A major business services organisation is seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of a large-scale outsourced HR and Payroll contract within a highly regulated public sector environment.
This is a unique opportunity to join during the implementation phase of a significant new contract before taking responsibility for the ongoing operational delivery, client relationship, commercial performance, and future growth of the account.
Working closely with project, technology, operational, and commercial teams, you will play a key role in ensuring service readiness, leading mobilisation activity, and building a high-performing leadership structure ahead of service go-live.
Following implementation, you will act as the senior client contact, overseeing service delivery, managing strategic stakeholder relationships, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand the partnership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mobilisation and implementation of a major outsourced HR and Payroll service
- Oversee ongoing service delivery through a team of operational leaders
- Build and develop a high-performing management structure
- Act as principal point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Manage contractual performance, governance, and service reporting
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement
- Own account development plans and identify commercial growth opportunities
- Work with internal commercial and operational teams to develop client solutions
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability
- Manage risk, compliance, and operational governance frameworks
About You

- Experience leading strategic client accounts
