Join the Close Brothers Sales Team and play a key role in growing our dealer network by identifying and securing new motor dealer partnerships, while strengthening and maximising existing relationships. We're looking for a sales professional with experience of developing and executing territory sales strategies, delivering against targets, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a territory sales strategy that drives sustainable growth and achieves agreed sales targets.
- Build, manage and grow dealer relationships, ensuring strong performance across profitability, quality and operational efficiency measures.
- Lead business development activity for key accounts, identifying opportunities to increase penetration across the full range of products and services.
- Act as a market expert, identifying emerging opportunities and trends to strengthen and evolve our lending proposition.
- Gather and utilise market intelligence to inform decisions on products, pricing, promotions and competitor positioning.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements
- Proven success managing and growing accounts across a geographically defined territory.
- Strong business development and key account management experience, with the ability to influence and build relationships at management level.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering results through a structured and effective sales process.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A full UK driving licence; ideally with no more than six penalty points.
