Account Manager (Digital Agency)

Help bring ambitious products to market.

Blazon is looking for an Account Manager who knows agency life: building client relationships, writing clear briefs, coordinating specialists and keeping several projects moving at once.

You’ll work with founders building new technology and consumer products, helping turn their ambitions into brands, websites and campaigns ready for the world.

Previous account management experience within a digital, creative or integrated marketing agency is essential.

About Blazon

Blazon is The Product Launch Agency. Since 2013, we have taken more than 500 hardware and consumer technology products to market.

Our work brings together strategy, branding, creative, digital build, e-commerce and advertising. Joining our small team means working directly with the Managing Director, getting close to the products we launch and seeing the impact of your decisions.

Your role

You’ll take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of agency clients, from onboarding through project delivery and live campaigns.

We want someone who gets interested in the business behind the brief. You’ll understand the product, ask useful questions and help clients make informed decisions. You’ll also be comfortable keeping trackers updated, checking deliverables and following up on the details that make a project work.

What you’ll own

  • Client relationships: become the dependable day-to-day contact, lead meetings and keep clients clear on progress, priorities and decisions.
  • Briefs and onboarding: establish objectives, gather requirements and turn conversations into clear briefs, timelines and next steps.
  • Project delivery: coordinate designers, developers, advertising specialists and freelancers across multiple accounts.
  • Feedback and approvals: consolidate comments, resolve ambiguity and check work against the brief before it reaches the client.
  • Scope and resources: track deliverables, deadlines and allocated hours; identify scope changes and agree their implications before work proceeds.
  • Campaign reviews: work with channel specialists to understand results, explain what matters and recommend the next actions.
  • Problem-solving: spot missing information, delivery risks and conflicting priorities early, then take practical steps to resolve them.
  • Pitches: assist the management team with preparing for pitch calls, preparing pitch materials and following up on opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why join us

You’ll work on products at the point where their identity, story and route to market take shape. You’ll collaborate closely with founders and specialists, contribute your own thinking and take responsibility for work you can see launch.

We offer:

  • Remote working within the UK, with hybrid options.
  • Direct access to the Managing Director and an experienced creative and delivery team.
  • Relevant training through our platform partner programmes.
  • A six-month review against clear, agreed objectives.
  • A route to broader client services responsibility as the agency grows.

We work with international clients, including in the US, so occasional early-evening calls are part of the role.

How to apply

Apply with your CV and a brief example of an agency account you personally managed. Tell us what the agency delivered, what you owned and how you handled a challenging situation.

Shortlisted applicants will have an initial video call, followed by a paid practical account management exercise and a final conversation with the Managing Director.
