Account Manager (QSR)
Location: Haddenham, United Kingdom Employer: McCormick & Company
We are seeking an EU Account Manager to join our EMEA Headquarters. This role involves managing existing customer accounts while proactively driving new business for our Flavour Solutions Business. Your focus will be on positioning McCormick as the preferred supplier for intricate condiments, coatings, and seasoning solutions.

Main Responsibilities
- Take full P&L and KPI accountability for customer accounts
- Drive new customer relationships for expansion in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector
- Own cross-functional team success, accountability, and setting high expectations
- Deliver value-added service to maintain and strengthen customer relationships
- Contribute to a winning, high-performance team

Candidate Profile (Essential)
- Commercial experience within QSR, preferably commercial food or supply chains
- Strong ability to foster valued, long-term customer relationships
- Tenacious attitude toward new business development—results-driven mindset
- Proven track record of innovative and impactful growth strategies
- Self-starter who can immediately build impact—both internally and externally
- Ability to build strong networks and advocate for both parties
- Strong negotiating and strategic growth planning skills
- Sound experience in P&L (Profit & Loss) management
- Ability to exceed KPIs, meeting deadlines and targets consistently
- Influence and persuasion—ability to guide others and navigate complex decisions
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Passion for food and comprehensive knowledge of the UK Grocery market
- Undergraduate degree (minimum requirement) with a preference for a commercial/consumer insights background
- Ambitious drive to take on progressively larger and more complex roles, showing potential for long-term career growth within McCormick
