This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager based in United Kingdom.
Join a fully remote, internationally focused sales environment where you’ll help businesses expand their operations and access talent across global markets. In this role, you’ll own and grow customer accounts while identifying new opportunities for retention, expansion, and revenue growth. You’ll combine consultative selling with strong market knowledge to become a trusted advisor to clients navigating international workforce challenges. Working across cultures, regions, and time zones, you’ll build lasting relationships and develop champions within customer organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is an opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact while helping companies build and scale global teams.
Accountabilities
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of customer accounts through strategic account plans focused on retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, marketing campaigns, partner networks, and other pipeline-generation channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast and actively manage pipeline health to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and internal champions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on global workforce solutions.
- Build a deep understanding of customers’ industries, business challenges, and international growth ambitions to deliver relevant, consultative solutions.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and the evolving global employment market to strengthen client conversations and sales strategies.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and management to progress opportunities and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights internally to help improve sales strategies, products, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones.
- Travel internationally as needed to strengthen customer relationships and support business development activities.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in EOR or SaaS sales, preferably within mid-market or commercial segments, with a consistent record of quota attainment.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, supported by measurable sales performance.
- Current residence in a major European city and the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
- Full professional fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage confidently with business and enterprise clients.
- Consultative sales approach, with strong discovery skills and the ability to understand customer challenges before recommending solutions.
- Ability to translate complex products, services, and global workforce concepts into clear and compelling business conversations.
- Strong commercial judgment, resilience, and ownership of individual results.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across international markets, cultures, and time zones.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment where collaboration and accountability are highly valued.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time to develop and strengthen client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, although demonstrated sales performance, experience, and business impact are valued most.
