The Opportunity
Join a growing B2B commercial services business, managing a portfolio of clients and taking ownership of retention, client satisfaction and commercial growth.
- 5 days per week in the city centre, working closely with the wider team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of a commercially valuable portfolio, with a clear Account Manager → Senior Account Manager progression path.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and leading retention and renewal conversations.
- Run regular client reviews, using performance data and reporting to demonstrate value, identify opportunities and shape account plans.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth, while coordinating internal delivery teams and proactively managing client issues and escalations.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2+ years' experience in Account Management, ideally managing a portfolio of B2B clients with responsibility for retention, renewals and account growth.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to understand client metrics, communicate value and confidently lead commercial conversations.
- Excellent relationship-builder who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of client accounts from day-to-day management through to renewal.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within a similar B2B commercial services, lead generation, sales or marketing environment.
- Experience managing accounts where client retention, delivery performance and upselling are key measures of success.
- Experience with Salesforce, account planning, client reporting and using data to influence commercial decisions.
