Experience

  • Minimum 4 years sales experience cross selling other products especially phone systems and multi product deals.
  • Minimum 4 years in account management

Benefits

  • Salary of between £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 PY experience dependent
  • Car allowance included - £4,000 per annum.
  • 21 days annual leave (+ Public Bank Holidays)

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management skills, including building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in Sales, including upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Solid Project Management capabilities, managing multiple client initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in telecoms and IT services is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with using CRM tools and reporting to track performance and opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Full driving license - No more than 6 points
