The Package
- £35,000 basic (DOE) with OTE up to £45,000
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Remote working
- 45p per mile mileage allowance when using own vehicle
- Need to be situated in the south of England, ideally north of London with regular in person face-to-face client meetings
Company & Role
Harte Recruitment is working with a growing property services business looking to appoint an additional Account Manager as part of its continued growth.
Managing an existing portfolio of estate agency clients, you'll focus on strengthening relationships, increasing engagement and driving account growth. Working closely with clients across the South of England, you'll become their trusted point of contact, helping them maximise the value of the partnership while identifying opportunities to increase instructions and develop existing accounts.

The Person
- Have proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development or a similar commercial role
- Enjoy building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted adviser to your clients
- Have a strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing existing accounts
- Understand the importance of balancing client retention with account growth
- Be proactive, organised and confident managing multiple client relationships
- Is comfortable working remotely and managing their own diary
- Holds a full UK driving licence

The Account Manager Role
- Manage an existing portfolio of estate agency clients as their primary point of contact
- Build strong relationships through regular contact, account reviews and face-to-face meetings
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business and growth objectives
- Identify opportunities to increase account value through strategic account development and additional services
- Drive client retention by ensuring clients continue to see value from the partnership
- Monitor account performance and proactively address potential risks
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Create account plans that support client success and commercial growth
- Gather client feedback and market insight to help shape future improvements
