Account Manager (Remote)

Overview

CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for a confident, organised and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our remote UK-based team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, client-handling and problem-solving skills who enjoys building professional relationships, understanding customer needs and supporting long-term account success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and accounts
  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day account enquiries
  • Understand client needs and provide clear, professional support
  • Coordinate follow-ups, updates and account-related actions
  • Maintain accurate account records and CRM information
  • Help identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention
  • Work closely with internal teams to support account requirements
  • Monitor account activity, priorities and service levels
  • Resolve issues professionally and escalate where appropriate

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation and time-management ability
  • Confident handling multiple accounts, priorities and follow-ups
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets and online tools
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, client services, recruitment or account support is beneficial
