Overview of the Company
Our client is an established distributor of medical supplies, equipment and consumable products to public and private healthcare providers across the UK and Ireland. They are seeking an Account Manager to develop existing customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities across hospitals, private clinics and healthcare facilities throughout Ireland.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications
- Account management or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident meeting customers and presenting products
- Organised and able to manage a busy territory independently
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Full, clean driving licence

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers across Ireland
- Build strong relationships with clinical professionals, department managers and procurement teams
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase sales
- Develop new business across hospitals, private clinics and other healthcare facilities
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and consultations
- Advise customers on the most suitable products for their requirements
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to order completion and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity, orders and sales opportunities within the CRM
- Work closely with internal customer service, logistics and technical teams
- Attend relevant trade exhibitions, conferences and internal sales meetings
